I have used True Telecom over a year now, and I have recommended them to a few companies. All the staff that I have dealt with has always done their upmost to help me with any queries I have had.

They are very competitive in price and with the 'we will not be beaten price guarantee' you will get not only a great service, but also fantastic prices. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Problems occur with every company but in my experience True has resolve them effectively...I love the broadband - if you compare it to some alternatives is great value for money. Ignore the moaning minies

I have been thoroughly delighted since switching to true telecom because of the huge reductions in my monthly bills, and the ease of the transfer in my service. Contrary to my expectations, there was no disruption to my service, as promised by the very helpful salesman and the customer service is something that BT needs to take note of. Really feel valued as a customer. Fantastic service all round, could not be happier with the outcome of me transferring

I have found my dealings with True Telecom to be helpful and professional. The network speed isn't particularly fast so if you're sending large files this can take a while. However given that it's a budget broadband solution I am pleased with the service overall.

I have been with True Telecom for 12 months on their business broadband package. Installation went really smoothly the engineer came and installed my router and did some tinkering with the phone box, and True text me when my broadband was ready to be used. I'm amazed at how quick the internet works we have 8 people using the internet in the office and it never slows down even when we are all running skype or uploading videos. we're very pleased with what we have and saved money on our bills.

I have been with them for 10 months now can't complain. I am getting better services then bt. Not had any major problem to be honest. I will recommend them.

I had problems with internet. BT is totally useless and I was very disappointed. but then i got lucky and talked to Sam, who realized that I have an issue and passed my problem on IT deptt. I called him genius :) I am very grateful to both guys because with their help and understanding my problem was sorted out quickly.

I have been with True Telecom for nearly 8 months and have had no problems until two weeks ago when my internet went down, my business very much relies on internet to run properly. So when i rang up True i was expecting the same kind of customer service ive had with other companies (appalling) but to my surprise it was the opposite i spoke to a very helpful man who went out of his way to resolve it and got it back up and running the same day best customer service experience i've had with telecoms.

True customer service is very friendly and helpful, get through easily, never on hold very long. It makes a change from other companies that keep you on the phone all afternoon to get anything sorted!
