How do we get notified of new orders?
Our system will email you everytime you receive an order. In addition, the payment gateway (PayPal or Stripe) should also email you when you receive a payment.
Do we need to use a specific courier?
You can specify your own shipping options and couriers. You will dispatch the orders in your usual way. We recommend tracked and signed for shipping methods to avoid disputes.
How do we receive the payments? Through PayPal or someone else?
You can use PayPal and Stripe to receive customer payments, which will go to your PayPal or Stripe account directly. You can enable multiple payment options to give customers more options. You can manage your payment options here:
