Chris is the Product and Services Director at Lakeview and has been with the company for 11 years. He began his career in the consultancy department implementing software, then moved through into management roles eventually becoming a company director.

After completing his maths degree at the University of Exeter, Chris worked for a publishing company before taking a more hands-on job with a small London-based food and beverage company. The company purchased the Lakeview product and during implementation, it was clear Chris had a gift with the software. He was quickly scooped up and has been with the business ever since.

A racquet sport aficionado, Chris loves a good game of tennis, squash or badminton. He’s also a lover of cooking and baking, turning out an impressive Tarte Tatin in his kitchen.

Dawn has more than 13 years experience in the ERP sector, having worked in varied roles from business development to her current position as sales and marketing director at Lakeview. She first started out providing needs analysis on business requirements in the ERP sector, eventually moving into a channel business development management role where she was closing business on behalf of resellers. Dawn is a qualified solutions sales person and is SPIN selling certified.

Before she started in ERP, Dawn was the Group Operations Director for a UK training company. Within a 12-month period, she increased their turnover from £40k to £1.2M – a career highlight.

When Dawn isn’t planning out her next strategic sales plan, you can find her riding horses or DJing classic soul tunes on an Internet Radio Station.

George has over 13 years’ experience within the Finance and Accounts business sector. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 with Menzies (specialising in the SME market), and joined KPMG soon after as Audit Manager, with an emphasis on large FTSE listed companies in the Travel, Leisure and Tourism market.

From 2001 to 2005 George specialised in Corporate Finance work for the SME market. In 2005, George joined Journey Group plc (FTSE listed entity operating globally) as Group Financial Controller and from 2007 as Commercial and Finance Director for the main trading division.

Throughout his career, George has gained extensive experience in acquisitions, fund raising, strategy setting and working capital management. He’s led both Finance and Operations departments and has a strong background in implementation IAS and ERP systems.

Having worked in the Business Software industry for over thirty years, Mark has an excellent background in senior development, product, services and general management roles. 

 He has spent a considerable amount of his career in Director, VP, SVP and CEO roles at JBA, Tetra, Sage, Vallent Corporation, QAD Inc. and Lawson. With both UK and Global responsibilities, Mark has a deep understanding of customer’s needs and how to make a software business become and remain successful. 



Mark has a BSc (Special Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Sheffield. In his spare time, having finally retired from football, Mark now contents himself with competitive games of table tennis. He’s also a long-suffering Wolverhampton Wanderer season ticket holder.
