Introduction
The Three Tuns is a traditional country pub, built in 1643 of wooden beams from ships of the era and lathe and plaster with a wonderful thatched roof. However, following a fire in the early 1900's a red brick exterior and tiled roof covered the original building, giving the external appearance that you see today.
On venturing inside you discover a rustic charm unchanged by time, complete with original wooden beams, tiled floors and inglenook fireplaces with log burner. The main bar and cosy restaurant project an ambience of warmth & comfort; the ideal place to enjoy meal or drink with friends and family or to celebrate a special occasion.
Real Ale and an excellent range of fine wines complement the menu of traditional British & authentic Spanish dishes at reasonable prices. The emphasis on is on home cooked food using quality ingredients, all cooked by Sue the cook and landlady who gained her culinary experience in Spain. Look out for special events. which are held regularly.
