SEKO SYNERGY is part of the SEKO global logistics network and operates from custom-designed warehouses in Northampton. Clients include household brand names such as Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Monsoon, TK Maxx, BHS, Debenhams, Sainsbury's and George at Asda.
Warehouse and Distribution Services:
SEKO Synergy's warehouses can accommodate 700,000 hanging garments and thousands of palettes on a long-term or rapid response basis. Up to 250,000 units can be processed each day with a full range of non-conformance, pick and pack and storage services available.
The warehouses operate via a wireless management system, providing the ability to integrate warehouse stock and logistics fulfillment with the client's front end website and distribution points as well as their back end systems.
Garment Processing Services:
A significant part of SEKO SYNERGY's portfolio comprises the fashion sector. Specific services for garment retailers include ticketing, quality control, remedial work, metal detection, embroidery and tunnel pressing.
SEKO SYNERGY is able to process an average of 6,000 units per hour. Specialist on-site equipment includes flat and five thread sewing, laundry and dry cleaning, two Lock inspection machines, two Veit steam tunnels, five automatic bagging machines, plus hand irons with vacuum tables and dolly pressing facilities.
Clients can also request an offsite team to rectify stock issues by providing garment processing services at the point of distribution, removing the need to transport the stock.
E-Commerce Fulfillment Services:
SEKO SYNERGY offers turnkey and bespoke e-commerce solutions that can scale to any size of business. These range from start-up assistance with automated order fulfillment, tracking and stock control, to customised Magento and API solutions that integrate the clients' retail management systems with warehousing and distribution activities.
A feature highlighted on the company's website is their ability to manage reverse logistics by selling out of season, rejected and wholesale merchandise via their own branded and non-branded online resale channels.
SEKO SYNERGY have developed the first call centre system for Tesco Clothing, designed to handle queries from suppliers, hub facilities and staff in order to keep supply chains moving efficiently. The system is reported to have been well received by Tesco, with plans being developed to roll the service out to further Tesco lines and other SEKO SYNERGY clients.
SEKO SYNERGY are approved by BIFA and IAFA and have been ethically audited by SEDEX
