Phoenix On The Hill Restaurant

had a takeaway before should of known from that not to order again due to disappointment but gave benefit of the doubt to try again as people rave that it's great however I put it down to being the only chinese restaurant in biggin hill .. Reasons being....spare ribs was like little bones with no meat what so ever like they have been used previously also forgot the BBQ sauce .... Chicken in black bean sauce was runny water with loads of pepper and onion no chicken and the pot was basically empty ..... Chowmain yet again basically noodles with no meat.....spring rolls were as flat as a pancake empty full up with oil .... What I'm saying is there tight with meat although prices are above average ....

I will never use this restaurant again!! It's up to you to make you own mind up but I can guarantee that you will Be disappointed

My husband and I went for New Year's Eve 2012, we were very very disappointed no atmosphere considering it was new year, the food.. Ok we saw the menu b4 we booked, but come on 4 slices of meat and a little veg one plate! We did have other dishes but soooo glad we only eat a little, don't go if your hungry, it cost so much money for what you get! We do go to this restaurant through out the year and love it but will never go when they have the set menu, not good for your wallet!!

Excellent Sunday Buffet lunch. Great food selection for a very reasonable price and very family freindly.

Nice food, friendly staff, pleasant environment, I always go there. Fixed price though, makes you eat more.
