Description:
Receive inbound calls, web chat or emails from existing and potential customers regarding travel rates and packages
Explain travel offerings and packages in attempt to qualify sales opportunities
Email travel booking confirmations and any subsequent changes
Assist customers with special arrangements like land transfer service, booking extension and hotel room upgrades
Requirement
1. FILIPINO - 18 years and above (no age limit)
2. At least 2ND Year College Undergraduate of any course, with minimum of 4-6 months call center experience (voice or chat account)
3. Amenable to working on NIGHTSHIFT
4. Advanced to Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
5. Typing speed of 30-35wpm. Fast learner and computer literate.
6. Responsible and able to work independently
