Answer queries regarding rates and service inquiries
Assist customers in locating or checking status of parcels
Check and communicate accurate transit times

Salary Package:
Monthly fixed salary P20,000
Performance based bonuses

Requirement:
Filipino, 18 years old and above
At least High School graduate
Above average to excellent English communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to be assigned in Ortigas (near Shaw EDSA)
