Job Description:
Be part of the customer service team for an International Sports Apparel account .

Handle inquiries for inbound calls from customers
Assist customers with product information, exchange, etc.
Provide customer service with utmost courtesy

Requirement:
Filipino, 18 years old and above
High School or K-12 Graduates
With or without BPO experience
Good written and spoken English communication skills
High service orientation and problem solving skills
Willing to work in Quezon City on shifting schedule
