Job Description:
Handle customers billing concerns via email or calls as needed.
Verify billing concerns to determine appropriate action to request.
Provide explanations to billing queries and raise adjustment tickets for corrections required.

Requirement:
Filipino
Senior High School graduates / High School graduates
With or without relevant experience
Above average English communication skills (verbal and written)
Typing speed - 40 words per minute
Amenable to work on shifting schedule (including night shift).
Willing to be assigned in Commonwealth, Quezon City
