Description:
Kavanagh Brothers based just outside Kempston, are looking to recruit a porter/driver, the successful candidate will ensure the safe loading and unloading of goods during home and office removals. Adopting a friendly, professional approach with client and work colleagues at all times. You will be tasked with liaising between the customers/clients to ensure an excellent standard of service is met at all times.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work as part of a team, has a customer service background and has an ability to exceed customer expectations. We are also looking for a proven track record in reliability, time keeping and a positive attitude. A full clean driving license is essential with a willingness to work flexible hours. Experience in the removals industry would be an advantage and driving a Luton 3.5t van is a must
We pay £8.75 to start rising to £10.00 per hr and this will be discussed at time of interview and will be on a self employed basis.
From time to time there will be work for our other company S & K Home Improvements this will mainly involve labouring work.
Company t shirts, fleeces and gloves are provided, all other ppe to be supplied by your self.
A CRB check will be required
