Avery Crest run luxury chalets in Meribel in the French Alps and we are looking for talented and imaginative chefs to work for the winter ski season. You must be fully qualified and have fine-dining restaurant experience. You will be catering for 8-12 guests providing cooked breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon tea, canapés and a 4 course dinner. You will be responsible for menu planning, shopping, stock control as well as meal preparation. Working as part of a small team you will provide high standards of catering & hospitality to our international client base. We provide transport to/from resort at beginning/end of season, a competitive salary, good accommodation, insurance cover and a 3 Valley ski pass.
