We are looking for an account manager who will directly grow the business and initiate new accounts in order to reach & exceed sales targets. This is a field based role and the Account Manager will be responsible for creating opportunities and dealing with all customer enquires within their area. The Account Manager will carry through the whole process in the hotel. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving an annual target for the hotel.
Main Tasks:
- Customer Focus – Drive for customer satisfaction and build trust and relationships within key accounts and with all customers.
- Planning – Pre call planning for effectiveness in front of the customer.
- Decision making – Make systematic and rational judgement based on relevant information.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Bachelor of Science
Minimum of 1 year sales experience with a proven track record in Hotel business.
Experience of working in a hotel, key decision makers and purchasers in the territory.
Experience in lead registration.
Access to an established network of customers in the academic & research environment
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills for all business levels.
Experience in working with E-commerce platforms and tenders would be an advantage
