Hi I'm Michael. I operate most of the duties here at iPhoneIntact that keep this mobile repair service up and running 6 days a week.
I started working with iPhones in 2008, when the iPhone 3G was the top of the line. At that time, options for phone repair were limited, as the demand had only begun to set in. So, with a broken phone of my own, I turned to a dear friend - Google, and sought out parts and instructions for my next DIY weekend project. After, finding so many phones in a similar condition, many with owners just wanting to get away from their broken phones, I saw an opportunity. Within 12 months, I had personally bought, repaired/restored/refurbished, and then re-sold over 100 iPhones. And then things began to evolve.
In the processes of sourcing both broken phones and new phone parts, troubleshooting both hardware and firmware issues, and identifying/performing successful repairs on these new devices, I began to see how important iPhone repair was becoming. I first advertised repair services to the public in October of 2009, and soon after, iPhoneIntact was born.
