Introduction

In addition to working with customers to keep in touch with their own clients and to market and sell to them, e-mediacy provides a range of add-on services.
These include: database cleaning - including the processing of Royal Mail returned mail (goneaways) to ensure client lists are as up-to-date as possible; response handling - use e-mediacy's Freepost address to maximise responses and/or their telephone "hotline" number to ensure your calls are answered swiftly and efficiently; charity banking & thanking; warehouse storage and full pick & pack facility including the taking of orders via post, email or online.
