"Yoga University of Florida is a Yoga Alliance accredited school that has been providing teacher training of 290 and 670 hour for over 17 years. We offer training, workshops, master classes and events with local, national, and international trainers. You can rest assured that a certification through Yoga University in Altamonte Springs will qualify you to register with Yoga Alliance.

Our Teacher Training classes include:

- 290 Hatha Yoga Training
- 290 Vinyasa Yoga Training
- 670 Hour Yoga Training

Throughout the year we also offer workshops and events that are open to the public as well and those looking to expand their practice a little further without the commitment of teacher training.
