excellent service, always on time and very polite drivers !!..simply the best firm in east grinstead

I booked a Taxi with Western Cars on 25th Jan 2013 at 1.00am to pick me up from Barkuba.The Driver Arrived on time and he was very friendly and took me home safely.i would recommend Western cars any time.I gave the driver a £5.00 tip too for his excellent service.Better than AnB Taxi

AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS! I used this firm to take us from East Grinstead station and agreed a huge cost for two drop offs. Despite contrary instructions given, the driver arrived at the address of us - the two younger passengers - first. At that point we paid him the agreed fee for the two drop offs. When the Western Cars driver reached the second drop off point he told the two remaining passengers, two elderly ladies, that he hadn't been paid for the second drop off and hoodwinked them into paying £20. It's now clear that's why the Western Cars driver pretended to get the two postcodes confused- this was an excuse to prey on the two old ladies and obtain money from them by deception. Western Cars have refused to apologise or refund the £20 which their driver tricked these ladies into paying. Don't use this firm! These people are clearly the scum of the earth.

Western cars is the most reliable and friendly taxi company in East Grinstead. I have been very pleased by their service.
