Transitions Counselling Service

I run Transitions Counselling as a safe space for: young children expressing feeling through behaviour; adolescents bullied or under social pressures and not knowing who to talk to; families, couples and individuals negotiating the delicate pathways of relationships or going through separation/loss of a friend, relative or loved one, and those who have reached their 'senior' years, meeting retirement, mortality and loss.

My work covers bullying, stress, anger, self esteem, relationships, bereavement, loss anxiety and many other life issues. I am an integrative relational counsellor and work with the therapeutic relationship giving clients the opportunity to explore the way they see and relate to themselves and others, and how this can sometimes be unhelpful to them in getting what they want from life.
I believe everyone, whether young or old, has the right to express themselves and be heard and that we are all capable of change given the right support and environment.
Everything that is said is received with empathy and respect and remains confidential.
