Really enjoyed my time with The Knowledge Academy. The online booking process was simple and straight forward. The customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable account managers who knew the subjects well and could answer all questions.
Lots of dates to choose from for their PMP training courses. This worked for me as I am always busy with work commitments.
The training itself was intense but very educational. The instructor was a project management professional and had worked in the field for many years. He was great at teaching and explaining new concepts to the class.
Overall a fantastic PMP training course - I will be using this company again in the future.

The Knowledge Academy's ITIL training course was the cheapest in the Singapore yet the quality was 5 star. The trainer knew exactly what he was talking about and was knowledgeable on the subject, mentioning his own examples which helped our understanding. The class size was also small which enhanced the amount of time we got one on one with the trainer. Thankyou.
