Quality ITIL certification - to be recommended!
The Knowledge Academy delivered the ITIL certification well with lots of powerpoint presentations and class discussions. We were all prepared well for the ITIL exam.

I paid the cheapest price around for this PMP certification and the quality was brilliant. The trainer knew his subject inside out and was brilliant at ensuring the class understood the different methods and practices. We had lots of class discussions which also helped our understanding. I would recommend using the Knowledge Academy for PMP.

The PMP certification was intense but worthwhile. The teaching methods employed are unique and fun. The trainer was knowledgeable on the subject and delivered the course in a structured manner. Faultless.

The ITIL certification was great to learn and working with The Knowledge Academy was a wonderful experience. I have booked my next course with them and hope to pass that one too!

My company uses them for all of our training needs. Myself and 4 of my fellow colleagues took their PMP certification with them and had a great time.
The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. The customer service is very good - they provide a good level of communication via email and phone calls - they will even call you when it is convenient for you.

They were also the cheapest I could find for PMP.

The Knowledge Academy's training centre located in Kuala Lumpur is beautiful and a great place to learn. It was simple to find and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We were also provided with refreshments throughout the day.

I found the training to be organised very well. Parts of the PMP certification were difficult to understand however, the trainer made everything clear and simple to understand. He used lots of real life examples which also helped in understanding certain processes. By rationalising everything it was much easier.

The class size was relatively small which meant we had lots of one to one time with the trainer.

Overall a very good experience. I would recommend using The Knowledge Academy for the PMP certification.

I completed the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Courses in February. The course was great, very well presented by a trainer whose name justifiably shows up repeatedly in positive reviews, and structured to give us a clear understanding of the exams.

The Training was intense and thorough. The trainer was 1st rate and explained everything succinctly.

I intend to continue further studies, and will use them again.
