We work with businesses across the UK and Europe to manufacture, pack and blend their chemical products and distribute them around the world. A family run business since 1977, ReAgent is a Cheshire based specialist manufacturing company dedicated to providing industry leading customer service and excellent value, high quality products to businesses from all industries.
Our focus on quality extends through all areas of our operation from the factory floor to the sales office. This is backed up by internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 Quality and Environmental Standards. We’re also recognised Investors in People and have been since 2006

Meet Our Team (3)
Darren Wilson
Sales Director
Darren joined ReAgent in 1989 and worked on our factory floor up until 2000 when his role changed to Technical Manager. With the support of ReAgent Darren has since gained a raft of scientific and technical qualifications, become a Member of The Royal Society of Chemistry as well as being accredited with a Professional Diploma in Manufacturing from The Manufacturing Institute. In his capacity as Operations Director Darren drove the continuous improvement and operational efficiency of all areas of our business as well as strategic planning, purchasing strategy, supply chain management, new product implementation and technical problem solving. Recently Darren has taken on a change of role to work as Sales Director for ReAgent. This role was identified as a result of in-house strategic planning. The new role will encompass the implementation of strategic changes in the sales department to enable achievement of the companies growth plans. Main projects are the implementation of key account management system along with expanding sales into European and US markets.
Richard Hudson
Managing Director
Richard represents the third generation of the family that founded ReAgent back in 1977; he has been a Director at ReAgent since 2006 and took over the role of Managing Director from his father in 2010. With a background in marketing and status as a Chartered Marketer, Richard dedicates himself to growing the company in collaboration with the senior management team and staff for the benefit of both our customers and employees alike.
Simon Tasker
Operations Director
With a background in LEAN manufacturing, management and engineering, Simon joined us in 2011 from The Manufacturing Advisory Service North West. Responsible not only for the day to day business management, Simon coordinates improvement projects, HR, staff training, whilst working with the Managing Director and Sales Director to deploy and develop business plans as well as company strategy, general policy deployment and planning.
