Introduction
Tim and Kiera have been at Printers since Feburary 2012. Having both travelled extensively, they decided to put their passion for good food and wine, great service and atmosphere into their own restaurant. Serving up local dishes as well as more exotic and spicy plates, trying to keep within the seasons and sustaining local waters. Fresh Rye Bay scallops and Shetland mussels are often found on the specials board. Juicy rump steak and swordfish are being served on our sizziling Hot Rocks, the only way to try this great way of dinning in Eastbourne!
Having a sweet tooth, they pride themselves on their homemade puddings, gorgeous flourless chocolate OMG, Banoffee Pie and tangy Key Lime Pie are most popular. Also, a great selection of ripe English and French cheese with port are a great way to finish a meal.
Fairy lights, cool jazz and flickering candles are also on hand to create the perfect setting for an enjoyable lunch or a relaxed evening meal. But dont just take our word for it...
