Club Hush Management Company LLC. was formed on September 14, 2012 by Marc Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard owns 100% of the company. Mr. Hubbard graduated from North Carolina A&T State University in 1991 with a BS degree in banking and finance. He opened his first Nightclub (Club Dimensions) in 1996. The business has continued to evolve over the years and transformed into the Club Hush brand. The US Patent and Trademark office issued a Trademark for HUSH on December 18, 2012. Club Hush Management Company LLC., is completely debt free and has been 100% financed through its founder Marc Hubbard and retained earnings from the previous clubs generated over a number of years. The Company is seeking a 7 Million dollar line of credit to finance future growth.
