Romeo the Romanian

Rang them and they gave a quote of £49 for labour and £25 for key replacement. Romeo turned up and took the key out tried to sell me a £300 lock. I asked what happened to the £25 quote and Romeo told me the cheapest lock he had cost £69. I have now reported Romeo's company UK Vida Ltd to Newham Council for fraud. Use at your peril!
