Kamayan Sa Carayman

From Calbayog take the road to Catbalogan until Carayman.
Just after the bridge on the Carayman river turn left. Go to the end of the street, the restaurant is at the right side there.
The wooden building is in traditional Waray-Waray old style and beautifully laid-out and of nice proportions. There are actually several spaces where the food can be taken. The restaurant is therefore fresh and breezy, making the heat of the tropics nicely bearable.
Service is really good by nice Waray girls and prices are low.
We recommend above all the clam soup and the chili crab. There is also shrimp on the menu, fish and meat.
The food is great and the taste is wonderful, even for my French cuisine trained palate
