Erick Trivedi

Erick Trivedi has been practicing law in Florida since 2005. As a litigator, he has appeared in courts in every corner of Florida and is admitted to practice in both state and federal court. He has represented clients from all walks of life in personal injury, family, bankruptcy and criminal cases. Mr. Trivedi also has extensive experience in transactional matters involving real estate sales and business purchases. Recently, Mr. Trivedi has concentrated his practice to criminal defense and personal injury cases where he strives to provide his clients with the highest level of aggressive and effective legal representation.

Michael Marcer has been practicing law in Florida since 2011. He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University School of Law 2010. As a young attorney Michal has the passion and drive to be an effective advocate for his clients. He is currently representing clients in foreclosure defense, loan modification and bankruptcy.
