Meet Our Team (4)
Assar Ashad
VP of Training and Development
Assar is a software developer of 14 years who is passionate about creating data-intensive business solutions. He has 20+ years of declarative, object-oriented and procedural programming in C, C++, and C#, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, Pascal and Visual Basic. He currently holds Microsoft certifications of MCPD, MCITP and MCT. He received a 10 year achievement award from Microsoft in 2008. Prior to beginning his Microsoft career he served his country for 4 years in the USMC in supply and operations; he was certified in Novell and is a Certified Fiber Splicer. Assar's expertise centers around developing small, medium and large scale front-end and back-end business solutions with C# (Web Applications and Web Sites), customizing SharePoint and Web services using WCF with Visual Studio and SharePoint designer for accessing, displaying and manipulating data in Microsoft SQL Server databases. He has consulted and trained employees from such companies as ATT, Alabama Power, Boeing, Internal Revenue, Social Security Administration, City of Philadelphia, City of Santa Rosa, Purdue University, Saint Edwards College, University of Notre Dame and the Tandy Corporation. Assar is also a member of several user groups focusing on Microsoft products and technologies.
Ellina Krout
Presient/COO
Ellina is an entrepreneur who is passionate about creating solutions for businesses and education. She excels in teaching individuals about technology. She brings to this enterprise over 12 years of teaching experience. She carries a Bachelors Degree in Education from both the US and Russia. Originally born in Russia she brings a new insight into the business arena. She is both fluent in English and Russian. She has also been involved in developing curriculum for English as a second language courses. Along with her expertise in language she brings an exciting perspective on European business to Idea Dudes. She is also the President/COO of the business. She takes care of the day to day operations of the business and sales.
Michael Krout, MCSE, MCTS, MCSA, MCITP, CVE 5.0, MCT
President/CEO
Michael is an entrepreneur who is passionate about creating solutions for businesses. He brings to this enterprise over 22 years of architecture, analysis, development of Information Processing Systems and training. Michael's expertise centers around developing business solutions and training. He started his career in the United States Airforce (USAF)where he worked with the IBM 36 and Burroughs systems. He then went on to start his networking career with Novell 3.12. He has been working with Windows since the early days of Microsoft. Previously, Michael has worked with U.S. Pentagon, Social Security Administration, and other companies throughout the United States. He currently holds MCSE NT 4.0, MCSE 2000, MCSE 2003, MCTS SharePoint Services 3.0, MCTS, Active Directory Configuration Windows 2008, MCTS Windows 2008 Application Infrastructure, MCTS Windows 2008 Network Infrastructure, MCITP Windows 2008 Server Administrator, MCITP Enterprise Messaging Administrator and MCT. He also a member of Strathmores Whos Who Worldwide. He is also the President/CEO for the business. He deals with contract negotiation and business ideas.
Walter Perkins, III
VP of Sales and Marketing
Walter brings 24 years of IT experience to Idea Dudes. He spent the past 10 years as the owner and CEO of FastLink Computer Services. FastLink provides network and Cisco IP telephony installation and support for small and mid-sized companies. Twelve years of Fortune 500 experience enabled Walter to tailor large company IT technology and operating processes for his clients scaled to fit their needs. Outside of work, Walter is a strong advocate and supporter of youth sports. He started the youth basketball organization, the Brandon Bolts in 1999 after having volunteered several years as a basketball and football coach. He incorporated the Bolts in 2000 as a non-profit organization and has been instrumental in assisting several athletes with obtaining collegiate athletic scholarships. Because of his involvement in the community, Walter was elected to the Board of Trustees for the Brandon Regional Hospital in 2008 and served a 3-year term. Walter looks forward to combining his talents as an IT entrepreneur, a motivator, and his business and community contacts to build a successful sales team as VP of Sales and Marketing for Idea Dudes.
