Introduction
Happy Valley, which has been established since 1980s, was originally a Bed & Breakfast Inn providing Chinese meals. At the very beginning, Chinese food was still unfamiliar to the area. Owing to the delicious and uncommon taste made through various Chinese styles and cooking methods, Chinese meals became popular and famous very soon. To meet strong local demand, Happy Valley was then transformed into a take-away restaurant.
