The Group was set-up in 1984 with an aim of bringing new events and conceiving new ideas in the sports segment. Hemanshu Chaturvedi, the Sports Guru, also popularly known as Heman, took the grand initiative and implemented all his plans into reality by establishing this company.
The company undertakes projects to make surfaces of Tennis, Basket- Ball; Badminton, Cricket-Pitches, Skating Rink and Athletic-Tracks and also does Fencing and Lighting for the Courts/ Grounds.
