Randy and Bob in the shop take great care of me to. They keep me informed every step of the way. The whole parts department group is a great bunch too. Frank and the others will look up any serial number that I've emailed to them and send me a copy of what I needed to buy for our CAT tool carrier. I really appreciate their quality service.
