our firm consists of three partners namely Mr. Bhadresh J. Mehta who is Solicitor and Advocate, Mr. Hitesh H. Desai who is Solicitor and Advocate.
Our Mr. Bhadresh J. Mehta has academic qualification B.Sc., LL.B. and has passed Solicitor's examination. He has long standing in legal profession of about 36 (thirty-six) years. During his career in legal profession, he also has attended and handled variety of legal works like litigation, conveyancing, Company Law, Financial Institutions' work etc. Before joining M/s. H. Desai & Company as partner thereof in the year about 1977, he has worked with M/s. Madhukar Munim & Company, Solicitors at Bombay.
Our Mr. Hitesh H. Desai has academic qualification B.A., LL.B. and has passed Solicitor's examination. He has standing in the legal profession of about 20 (twenty) years. During his career in the legal profession, he has attended and handled variety of legal works like Conveyancing, Company Law, Financial Institution's work etc.
We also have associate advocates, associated in the legal work with us and working in - with our firm. They are Sharad A. Joshi and Mrs. Trupti B. Mehta.
