Introduction
We teach an established jujitsu system incorporating methods of self-defence, control and restraint, tested across generations of users. The core of our syllabus is designed to provide you with effective skills to protect yourself and those in your care.
Our instructors are qualified by the National Governing Body for jujitsu in the UK - the BJJAGB - which is recognised by UK Sport (formerly known as the Sports Council). Highly qualified in First Aid to instructor level, we are also fully insured through Sports Coach UK. Our goal is to teach you jujitsu in a class that is safe, effective and engaging, where you can develop self-confidence by learning vital life skills.
