Goa Portuguesa has successfully exploded the myth that Goan food is only non-veg by introducing more than 50 pure vegetarian delicacies.
All recipes are formulated, researched, standardized by Author, Master Chef Deepa Awchat , CEO personally and altered to suit individual palates of patrons & these recipes are now available to you in India’s 1st designer cookbook autograph by Author chef Deepa Awchat.
All the ingredients right from the cook, Masalas, and Seafood of the Feni have been imported from Goa. No artificial colors’, preservatives, Ajinomoto – MSG or frozen food used for cooking.
Outdoor catering needs will be undertaken for parties/conference-can also recreate a mini Goa at your place with a selective yet choicest of Goan & Portuguese delicacies with Goan music & folk dances.
Live Goan music (Serenading), carnival folk dance & other lively traditional Goan forms of entertainment are provided, which are quite famous as accompaniments.
We have held Goa Portuguesa Food Festivals in many countries & also pioneered a festival on board Air India & other foreign Air lines. We cater to all rich & famous functions, receptions etc.
We also have a Master Franchise Plan for expansion & reaching out to various places in pursuit to make available authentic Goan cuisine apart from the strong commercial value of the Franchise plan.
