You may have heard of Wright’s flour mills who create a range of speciality bread and cake mixes which have everything in the pack - all you need to do is add water and oil where stated. With Wright’s home baking is quicker, easier and with guaranteed perfect results every time. All made by a company with over a 145 year milling heritage.

Based on the success of their speciality bread mixes, Wright's, London’s only mill, produce a great range of cake mixes. Five varieties are available in Carrot, Chocolate Fudge, Ginger, Madeira and Toffee. Larger Sainsbury’s stores stock the range, Morrison’s have Chocolate Fudge. Ginger and Toffee with The Cooperative stocking Ginger only. All Wright’s products are also available from their popular mail order service at the mill.

The mixes require the addition of only water and oil. These delicious mixes produce authentic, traditional style cakes and are suitable for loaf cakes, cupcakes, gateaux bases and slices.
