Located in Enfield, Wright’s has been a family milling business for five generations and is now the only mill in London and one of just a dozen or so milling companies in the country. The mill itself has been operating on the site since 1067 and some parts of the existing buildings date back to 1650.
The mill now makes flour and flour based mixes for all parts of the flour market including bakeries large and small, major retailers and wholesalers as well as supplying a very innovative range of mixes for the consumer market.
