Introduction
It was in the year 2008 that Dr. Naresh Bharde along with other visionaries incorporated the Excellence Group to empower and support social causes in collaboration with the Dhyas Foundation. Excellence Shelters, as the name suggests, resonates with providing excellent customer centric, transparent and legally strong services which add value for the product and in turn secure the highest returns for its customers through innovative concepts. We are primarily into real estate covering the residential plotting and construction sector.
Following the establishment of the Excellence Group, Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd was incepted sometime later in the year with an aim to uphold the cause and values of the Excellence Group and to provide qualitative customer centric services in the real estate sector. The company ,initially, started operating from Solapur amidst a potential market; through time and its working experience, Excellence Shelters constructively branched out to other prospective cities and suburbs across Maharashtra.
We, at Excellence Shelters, have observed and flourishingly adapted to the evolving real estate dynamics since our inception in 2008.
