When me and my young daughter have decided to take Pilates courses, we were instructed to get a foam roller and a half foam roller. Choosing Pilates is one of the most crucial factors – as it has been to me. Moreover, when I had to choose Pilates equipment, I was totally in two minds. I didn’t know how to begin.
