Based in Norfolk, we offer Fitness Boot Camps & Personal Training to everyone. With over 17 years experience we have trained high profile international clients including Formula 1 drivers, Olympic athletes, British Cycling Squad and Premiership footballers. We are highly experienced, qualified & fun!
We can run Fitness Boot Camps & Personal Training at your home/business or mutual location and can train from a 1:1 to groups of 30.
Our Fitness Trainers have delivered training not only in the Uk, but in US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
We also offer services in Massage, First Aid & Medical Training, Conflict Management & Personal Safety Training.
We work to the highest standards and where applicable our training is certified through the relevant governing bodies.
Our overheads are low, resulting in low costs to you the customer, but our training remains high. Our customers vary from individuals to large corporate organisations, many who are repeat customers.
