Introduction
East Kent Security Services is a relatively new manned guarding security company consisting of experienced security officers with many years of experience between them. We work for industry and commerce and cover all forms of industrial premises like factories, waste disposal, transport and distribution centres, offices, heritage centres and many more. We provide access control/gatehouse duties and patrolling duties for night shifts and weekend days. Access control duties consist of the following: Barrier Operation, which is THE KEY DUTY, visitor and contract pass issue and contacting their site host, the logging in and out of all transport, the checking of collections from warehouse/stores, car parking duties, assisting in evacuation during fire, weighbridge operation,cash handling, issue of radios, keys and mobile phones with records taken of all transactions. Also, limited CCTV operation is available. Patrolling duties consist of initial lock down patrol and subsequent patrols, monitoring equipment like reading dials and much more. Care-taking duties will be considered.
