ENRG Fitness is a large and reputable health and fitness club located on Canterbury Rd in Kilsyth, Victoria. We are committed to providing a safe community oriented environment for people of all skill and fitness levels. Our club caters to all individuals and their specific training and athletic needs through nationally certified personal trainers, a wide variety of fitness classes including Hot Yoga and MMA classes and well-maintained state of the art equipment. Our mission put simply is to offer a health and fitness club that exceeds our members' expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering a safe, friendly family atmosphere. Enrg Fitness is home to over 250 of the latest, state of the art weight and cardio machines spread out over 2000 square meters of full air-conditioned floor space. We take pride in our fitness equipment which is why we are constantly scouring the world for the latest releases in cutting edge machines. You’ll find our club is adorned with nothing short of the best in leading global fitness equipment from Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Precor, Nautilus, Cybex and Techno Gym. At ENRG Fitness, we are so lucky to have such an amazing, talented and experienced instructor for our classes, Nuengpichit Sityodtong is world Muay Thai Champion and is Champion of all stadiums in Thailand. He has classes running six days per week, suited to all fitness and experience levels.

Our Junior Muay Thai classes are designed to teach children to foster self-discipline, boost socialization skills, encourage physical activity, set and achieve goals, increase self-esteem, instill a sense of respect, encourage non-violent conflict resolution, improve listening skills and develop teamwork skills. ENRG’s Muay Thai instructor, Nuengpichit Sityodtong brings an incredible wealth of experience, dedication, loyalty and self control.
ENRG Hot Yoga offers a friendly and welcoming approach to helping beginners up to advanced students to learn and practice yoga. We strive to make our classes enjoyable to everyone who wishes to practice while also ensuring our members get the most out of each class. At ENRG we currently offer Vinyasa (flow) Yoga in different variations or personal touches. Hot yoga combines the benefits of yoga with those of Far-Infra-Red heat. Practicing yoga in a heated environment assists the muscles to warm up and open more quickly which allows you to deepen your range in each posture, therefore increasing the function of our body’s internal health. Far-Infra-Red heat is easier for the body to tolerate and may have other health benefits. We strongly believe that the practice of yoga brings great benefits to the body and mind. The room is set in-between 35 and 40 degrees to help you sweat, detoxify, and deepen your practice, challenging and nurturing you in a different way each time you practice.
