Introduction
Dynamic Hot Yoga offers over 20 dynamic hot yoga classes per week as well as Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates. We have the largest yoga studio in Brighton & Hove, located near Hove train station and close to local bus routes. We provide yoga for all levels from beginner to advanced in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Dynamic Hot Yoga also provide yoga teacher training courses, you can become a fully qualified Dynamic Hot Yoga Teacher after completing our intensive 200 hours training over 16 days.
