As a boutique practice, we do not aim to treat patients as numbers. Rather, Dr Milovic approaches each patient’s cosmetic concerns and needs with individual attention, and our practice staff similarly focus on providing a personalised service. We don’t just say this – we mean it. Patients should not feel pressured to have surgery, including offers of financial incentives (eg cheap or discounted surgery) or limited time deals. These do not come within Dr Milovic’s model of patient treatment and care.
