Diamond Electronics offer Water Level Controllers. It is used to execute automatic operation of Motor Pump set depending upon the liquid level status in underground tank as well as overhead tanks. when the liquid level reaches below low-level set in over head tanks, the unit switches on the Motor Pump set. Similarly when the liquid level falls below low-level set in the under ground tank, it switches off the Motor Pump set. Thus dry run of Pump set is avoided. When liquid level reaches up to high-level set in overhead tank, the unit switches off the Motor Pump set. Float switch Sensor is used to set the Low and High levels. These sensors requires no maintenance and thus run for long life with equipment.

1.Model JP1 is for 1 Φ motor(Pump). It measures 160 x 100 x 70 mm3,weighs 2.3 Kg. It is for 1 No. Boring Pump and 1 No. Overhead Tank and 1 No. Sump if any.

2. Model JP2 is for 1/3 Φ motor(Pump). It measures 160 x 160 x 70 mm3,weighs 2.3 Kg. It is for 1 No. Boring Pump and 4 Nos. Overhead Tank Tanks.

3. Model JP3 is for 3 Φ motor(Pump). It measures 280 x 190 x 70 mm3 weighs 3.5Kg.It is for 2 Nos. Boring Pump and 4 Nos. Overhead Tanks.

4. Model JP4 is for 1 Φ motor(Pump). It measures 160 x 100 x 70 mm3,weighs 2.3 Kg. It is for 2 Nos. Boring Pumps and 4 No. Overhead Tank and 1 No. Sump if any.

The Instrument design is “Anti Splash” (Hunting) to avoid frequent start/ start and stop of the Pump. These controllers are used for liquids lifting systems in Industrial, Institutional and Residential Premises
