I am an experienced, fully qualified Anxiety Specialist. I help clients throughout Reading and Berkshire gets over whatever is avoiding them from unlocking their full capability. I have successfully worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, self-confidence, stress, fears and phobias, misophonia, sleep issues, addictions, anger, and low self-esteem.

Being qualified in both Hypnotherapy and EMDR, I can also assist customers with symptoms of PTSD and trauma-related anxiety.

I provide both in-person and virtual consultations. I see clients in my comfortable, private, therapy pod with free parking. Clients are welcome to make a reservation for a free confidential, initial consultation to ensure I am the ideal person to assist them.

The standard of my work is monitored by the national hypnotherapy professional body BSCH (British Society of Clinical Hypnosis).
