Introduction
Our specialist flooring maintenance services primarily cater for all types of wood, vinyl and stone floor preparation and finishing. With 6 years of experience we can complete a range of refurbishment projects for commercial and domestic clients using leading manufacturer products including rustic oils, solvent and water based polyurethane wood floor sealants. We can also carry out a deep auto machine clean with attached water pickup and rotary buff should a floor not require a full sand at the time. We offer our services throughout the country.
We offer site surveys and no obligation quotations. We coordinate with the customer exact time scales of the works to reduce down times and loss of income. Our deep clean and refinish offer is a good way to protect the floor in between sand and refinish programmes. Our floor sanding and refinish programmes leaves the floor looking like new. We also offer maintenance contracts, maintenance advice for cleaners and our specialist court line marking service.
We only use high quality equipment with attached highly efficient dust extraction units. We have numerous contacts to main manufacturers such as Junckers, Dr. Schutz, Granwood and Dinesen which allows us to keep up to date on procedures and recommendations. We primarily use Junckers finishes such as HP Commercial/Sport, Baseprime, Prelak, Sportsline line marking paint, Rustic Oil, Top Oil but are qualified to apply any finish the customer requires.
We are a growing team of fully qualified technicians who are all CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) accredited.
Over the years we have carried out small residential jobs, worked in village halls, community centres, churches, leisure centres, hospitals, high spec residential houses and subcontracted for multi-million pound main contractors on large building sites. We can confidently carry out work in any environment and to any standard.
