Introduction
The Chequers Inn is one of those seaside gems - once you've found it, you're always drawn back. Located halfway between Deal and Sandwich, on the Ancient Highway, The Chequers offers a menu of varied and tempting dishes combined with the friendly and welcoming ambience of a good pub.
The Chequers has a daily menu that includes fresh fish and dishes prepared from local produce that are cooked to order. There are also platters to share over a drink or two, and the ever-popular theme nights, which have included a Spanish Tapas Bar, a Greek Taverna, and a Chocolate Feast!
