I contracted with Brosna Construction to replace the entire sidewalk in front of my property in S.F.. He was not the cheapest, but I hired him for the following reasons: They estimate was every complete, down to the depth and quality of the cement, came out to the job sight and went over the scope of the work, coordinated replacing the sewer line and was the only one that did not require a down payment. His office staff person is a peach. She did a great job of getting answers to my questions, when the owner was not available. I have hired contractors over the years for different jobs. Without question, I would hire this firm again.

Richard and his crew is as good as it gets. They offer just the kind of craftsmanship that a homeowner dreams of...Richard calls back quickly, shows up on time (quite a rare occurrence these days) and the work was done efficiently, expertly and with an eye for aesthetics. I had others make the job more complicated than it needed to be but Maicon knew just want the repair entailed and just got it done! He was even able to determine what caused the problem in the first place and took measures to correct the cause. We will hire him to do another bigger job! Maicon is clear, straightforward and works well with you so you co-create the right final outcome. You will be so relieved when you hire him. So grateful... thank you Brosna Construction!!

Brosna Construction was a pleasure to work with. We had a complicated design pattern and multiple colors in our driveway. Mr Richard was very patient in working through the design details with me, and very thorough in his pricing. They handled the city permit process very smoothy. Working with Perth in their office, to schedule the work days was very easy via e-mail or phone, and they showed up to do the work as scheduled. All of their employees were nice to work with and were very neat and tidy about the surroundings. I would definitely recommend Brosna Construction and will contact them again when I need more sidewalk work.
