Initially the company took-up real estate ventures in and around Hyderabad and construction works across the country and completed successfully within the time period and gained 100% client satisfaction.
Under construction vertical, the company successfully completed an iconic Regional Airport project in the year of 2011 and gained Promoters (M/s. Regional Airports Holdings International Limited, RAHI - an IL&FS-NCC JV Partner) and Principal Contractors (M/s. Tarmat Limited) confidence by completing 1.9KM of Runway, 13KM of Compound Wall along with Periphery Road, Mini Terminal Building and allied works within the stipulated time frame at Gulbarga in the state of Karnataka. All these works have been completed in record time for a span of 14 months.
