BK Roots Fitness is a local gym that offers personal training services and group classes with a team of world-class health coaches. At BK Roots Fitness, we will help you get and stay fit with our brand of coaching! Since 2011, our fitness studio has been catering to the area of Oakland, helping people get started on their journey to look and feel comfortable in their own skin.

With over 35 years of combined experience in the gym and fitness industry, our team ensures you get the support that you need to renew your motivation and stay committed to your fitness goals. From one on one personal coaching to group fitness classes, we will provide you with everything you need to improve your strength, stamina, diet regimen, and overall fitness level!
Whatever areas you want to work on, we’ll help you get to your optimal health and fitness with a training program made just for you. Our trainers will make sure each exercise you do is fit for your needs and fitness goals. Plus, we’ll make sure you understand exactly why you’re doing a specific exercise and where you should be feeling the muscles burning.
