Introduction
Allen Jayne English- (Bayu Perdana Branch, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia) is an English language preparation centre offering Cambridge English courses to cater for kids as young as 5 years old all the way to working adults and even retirees. We are complying with University of Cambridge (ESOL) program syllabus to give our students a highly recognised English Language certification.To help our student to master the English Language, we help students to focus on improving Listening Skills which would help enhance their Speaking Skills. We also focus on our students' Reading Skills which will also enhance their Writing Skills. Basically, that's our methodology.
Our teachers are dedicated, passionate, caring and most importantly patient with a strong command of the English Language. Having vast knowledge in English is helpful only when the language instructions are interactive and engaging through audio-visual means. Being able to come up with own our materials in addition to the books provided by us will be an advantage in helping the students grow, as tailor made materials will help improve inherent weaknesses in students because each student would have different ways to acquiring language skills. It could be Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic or even Logical as Cognitive Psychology has shown. Charles Thomas
Principal, Trainer, Instructor
BA (Econs.) – TEFL (Hunter College, City University of New York).
He has been a Corporate Trainer and English teacher for over 5 years, with over 30 years of experience working in various capacities and in various fields such as in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Promotions, Operations, Lecturing, Teaching and Training. He is the in charge of Academics and Corporate Communication.He has experience in the teaching the English language from school going kids of all races as well as adult students from various backgrounds. He is also experienced in teaching English to foreign students from Japan, China, Taiwan and Korea.
Being a corporate trainer he has trained participants in English Communication skills, in people skills as well as in soft skills for people in Sales, Marketing and in Customer Service. He has also trained unemployed youths to get into the job market through a government sponsored program (SLDN). He is also a motivational trainer applying his skills in 'Personality Dynamics' and NLP, as well as teaching Stephen Covye's, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. As a CSR project, he is currently reaching out to Tamil schools to help poor Indian students to improve their English via the Cambridge English Program i.e. The Tamil School's Sponsorship Program.
